Factorees.com is an online store through which you can buy high-quality furniture at factory prices. Factorees.com partners with factories to provide you with the finest products and deliver them straight to your door. Our products come from the most known factories in the furniture industry, all around the world.- How can you be so cheap?
First off, Factorees.com partner directly with factories and cut out middle-men (agents, importers, wholesalers…) who feed from your regular physical stores and web stores. In addition to this, Factorees.com is a web pure player, so we have no physical store to finance. These two factors allow us to say that you won’t find any cheaper than us.- How can I place an order?
We’ve made it quite simple. You can browse Factorees.com and add any product to your cart. Then you click on the link ‘My Cart’ on the top right corner to proceed to checkout. Once you have entered your billing and shipping details, you can confirm your order, and we take it from there to deliver your order to your door.- How can I contact Factorees.com?
We give you several ways to contact us. All of them are available on our Contact Us page.You can send us an email at contact@factorees.comor fill out our contact form. You also can chat live with one of our representatives or call our toll-free number.- What are your warranty terms?
We guarantee that all of our products are brand new and come in the original manufacturer's crate or box free of defects.
Products sold on Factorees.com come with a limited manufacturer's warranty of 1year, starting at the date of reception of the product. The warranty covers manufacturing flaws.
Any damages resulting from the following are not covered by the warranty:
- Issues found to be the direct result of dropping, crashing, contact with water, improper use or abuse, use or storage in an environment not compliant with the user's manual.
- Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation.
If you think that your product has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us for return instructions. You will need to provide us with your order confirmation number for verification,and to ship the faulty product to our facilities at your expenses. You product will be inspected on arrival by our experts to determine if the manufacturer's warranty is applicable.
If yes we will proceed to repairs, exchange or refund of the original value of the product, depending on product's condition and flaws. If our experts determine that the product is not eligible for the manufacturer's warranty, we will charge you an inspection fees and the shipping expenses.- What is your delivery lead time?
Delivery lead times vary between 3 and 9 weeks. Delivery time includes products lead tines, shipping to our distribution center, and shipping to your door. In fact, we are proud to say that our logistics network allows us to ship as fast as major stores.- How will you ship my products?
All our products are delivered by professional carriers specialized in furniture delivery.- How can I change my shipping address?
If you haven’t placed your order yet, you can change your default shipping address in your address book. To access to your address book, you need to log in and go to your private area by clicking on the link ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of every page. You also can set a new shipping address while proceeding with your order.- How do you calculate the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are always flat rate on Factorees.com. The standard inside delivery is free in the US, and white glove delivery is available as option at the checkout.- Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the US, except Hawaii and Alaska, and all over Canada.- How do I know when my order will arrive?
- You will receive emails at every step of your order, from the manufacturing to the delivery. Once the product enters the final step of the delivery, from our distribution center to your house, you will receive a tracking number, and you will be contacted to set up an appointment.
- What if I miss my appointment with the carrier?
You would need to schedule a new appointment with the carrier. Be aware of the fact that, depending on the carrier, you might be subject to extra fees. That is the reason why we advise you to comply with the appointment you schedule with the carrier.- What is the quality of your products?
We only select high quality factories. Our products are handmade by highly skilled workers who have been working in their respective industry for years. They know how to make a product from start to finish and pay attention to every single detail. All the products you can see on Factorees.com are available and can be ordered at any time.- Do I have to pay online? May I place an order over the phone or chat?
Our payment processing is entirely secure and you can safely order on Factorees.com. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering with a representative, you can call or use our live chat. Our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.- Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Although creating an account provides you with additional services (address book, order status, etc.), you don’t have to open an account to place an order. When you are on the checkout page, just check the box ‘Checkout as Guest’ as ‘Checkout Method’.- How can I know the status of my order?
When you are logged in, you can check your status order in your personal area by clicking on the link ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of every page and on the tab ‘My Orders’. All your orders and their status will be listed. To counter any possible problem, Factorees.com uses a secure mode of payment, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to process a transaction, the system ensures the security of your payment by encrypting the captured personal data (names, addresses, emails, bank details).
